Built in 1780 by a family of farmers, the house and the exteriors were completely renovated between 2015 and 2017, with quality materials in respect of its history and the environment.
In the heart of the Blayais vineyard, the Villa benefits from an ideal location for visiting the north of the Gironde and the south of the Charente maritime.

The Villa
A family villa
This house is first and foremost a family home: we live there, we share meals, we discuss our experiences and our desires, inspiring each other. We forget our worries and the time that always passes too quickly !
Villa l’Estuaire is a break from everyday life whether you are alone, as a couple, with friends or family.
The swimming pool
The heated swimming pool (shared with the owners and the hosts) is accessible from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It measures 10mx3m and has two depths: a beach at 30 cm and a pool at 1.40 m.
Ideal for a refreshing swim, a moment of relaxation by the water or a moment of exchange and new knowledge.
The garden
The large 6000 m² ground hosts a chiken coop, a bicycle garage, a well and rainwater recovery tanks.
The villa is part of an eco-responsible approach, corresponding to our values.
